Analyst This position will support and monitor the management and redevelopment of real estate assets, as well as their purchase, sale and refinancing. The Analyst will be responsible for creating or reviewing financial reports and models, making recommendations, and preparing valuations and analyses; researching and evaluating economic and real estate market data, and evaluating and preparing for potential investment and disposition opportunities.
Senior Construction Manager The position is responsible, under limited supervision for planning, directing, supervising and coordinating (usually through the project managers) construction activities and personnel. Participates in the development of construction project activities to include organization, design, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation during pre-construction, construction, post construction phases. Delivers high quality finished projects on time, within budget, according to approved plans requirements.
Project Manager The Project Manager manages the design and construction program for Amstar Europe on a specific project. The project manager is responsible for the administrative details associated with managing the project and for overseeing the technical compliance of work performed by the subcontractors ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and to the required standards of quality.
Acquisitions Manager The Acquisitions Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, negotiating and closing new real estate acquisitions (development and investment projects) for Amstar Europe. Amstar Europe is active in Ukraine in various geographic markets and across all product sectors (office, retail, residential, logistics and hotel). Therefore, the Acquisitions Manager will need to possess a broad knowledge of real estate and will need to build and manage a team of professionals with appropriate skills and experience. The position offers a tremendous amount of growth and very attractive compensation based on the performance of acquisitions.
Residential Sales Representative The position is responsible for the sales of residential house and apartments developed by Amstar Europe. The sales process includes meeting with buyers, understanding their needs and presenting in the best possible light the benefits of Amstar’s project(s). In addition, the sales representative will be responsible for follow-up with prospective buyers after the initial meeting/presentation, and for drafting, negotiating and concluding sales agreements.
